Men’s Ministry

“Every man is a minister; every minister has a ministry; every ministry has a mission”.

God’s spirit does not fail in the life of the men of MPC. He is prodding them, reminding them and encouraging them to go deeper. He is bringing them here by the power of His grace and by the help of brothers in Christ  traveling the same path.  The men of MPC meet on a regular basis for Bible study, monthly Saturday morning fellowship, and an annual retreat. These are occasions centering on character-building, connection and  completion in Christ. The MPC men’s ministry also branches out to men of the different denominations in the Mendocino coast communities. On the last Saturday of each month, Christian men from Fort Bragg, Compche, Albion and Mendocino gather to fellowship, to hear guest speakers, to sing, and to share a breakfast.  This event is hosted by the men of different churches. An annual men’s retreat is held in which men of the Mendocino  coast learn that true strength comes from both an intimate relationship with God as well as a close fellowship with other men. For some, these retreats have been a life-changing experience. For most, it is an experience they hope not to forget as they go back to the daily grind.
